FeedFwd helps a manager collect forward-looking advice for the people they work with. This page explains what we store to do that, who can see it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we store
- Your account: your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, your profile picture.
- People and missions: the names, emails and job titles a manager adds, and each mission's goal, dates and status updates.
- Advisors and their advice: the advisor's name and email, and the answers they give on the advice form.
- Safety records: when advice is submitted we keep a one-way hash of the sender's IP address and browser, not the address itself, to spot abuse.
- Email delivery: whether each email was delivered, bounced or marked as spam, so we stop writing to addresses that cannot receive mail.
Who sees advice
Advice is shared with the manager who asked for it and with the person it is about. If the organization turns on anonymous advice, the advisor's name is not shown next to their answers. Advice is never shown to other people in the organization or to other organizations.
Services we use
FeedFwd runs on Vercel (hosting), Supabase (sign-in and database) and Resend (email). They process data only to provide those services to us. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Your choices
- An advisor can decline a request from the link in the email.
- You can ask us to correct or delete your account, or the advice you gave, at any time.
Contact
Questions or requests go to the person who invited you to FeedFwd, who can pass them on to the FeedFwd team.
